Pay for the crew you have.

Not yet. Crewnyx opens to new crews soon. Ask for early access and we'll write to you when it does, before it opens to everyone. The answers below are how the plans work from then on.

Yes. You add a card on Stripe's checkout page when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Business has no trial: it's billed the day you choose it.

Your subscription starts and the card you added is charged for the first month or year, depending on what you picked. If you canceled during the trial, nothing is charged.

Starter and Pro: 14 days after you sign up, unless you cancel first. Business, and any subscription that follows a cancellation, is billed the day you choose it.

One per email address. An email address can belong to only one Crewnyx company, so it can start only one trial.

Each active person at your company, office and crew alike, the owner included. Invites nobody has accepted yet, and people you've suspended or removed, don't count. A plan's price covers its included seats, and each person beyond that is billed at the plan's per-seat rate.

Yes. An admin can change the plan or billing period, update the card, see invoices or cancel under Settings → Pay and billing → Billing → Manage billing. You don't pick seats: each night your bill is updated to the number of active people. Or email support@crewnyx.com and we'll help.

It's a subscription under our Terms of Service, billed monthly or yearly, and it renews on its own at the end of each period you've paid for until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing in the app, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. If a price changes, we email your billing contact at least 30 days before it applies, and it never changes a period you've already paid for.

No. Crewnyx works in the browser on any phone or computer, so there's nothing for the crew to install. iPhone and Android apps are on their way.

Subscription fees aren't refundable, including for part of a billing period, except where the law requires it or in the cases the Terms of Service set out. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Not by us. You enter your card on Stripe's own pages, and card numbers never reach Crewnyx. We keep only the references Stripe gives us for your subscription. More on the security page.

It lets someone on your crew ask for part of the pay they've already earned this pay period, up to half of it, before payday. You approve or decline each request. If you approve it, you pay it the way you already pay them. It's listed in that period's universal CSV, so you can take it off the next paycheck. The spreadsheet and the files for Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, ADP and Paycor don't include it. Crewnyx keeps the record of who asked, who approved and what was paid; it never holds or moves your money. Early pay comes with Pro and Business.
