Effective July 11, 2026. By using Crewnyx you agree to these terms.
This agreement is between Sparky Venture Labs LLC ("Crewnyx," "we," "us") and the company or individual using Crewnyx ("you," "your," "the customer").
When you sign up, you create a company account. You designate at least one super-admin. Only super-admins can add or remove team members, change billing, or delete the account.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for actions taken by users you invite. If you suspect an account has been compromised, email support@crewnyx.com immediately and we'll help.
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
Annual plans: prorated refund for unused full months if you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual term.
You may not use Crewnyx to:
You own your data. We host it, we process it, but it's yours. You can export everything at any time (Settings → Data → Export). See our Privacy Policy for details.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we materially fall short, contact support and we'll credit affected days pro rata. We do not commit to a formal SLA on Starter or Pro tiers; Enterprise customers get a signed SLA.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, then your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to come back. After 30 days, permanent deletion.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll always try to reach you before terminating.
Crewnyx is provided "as is." We do our best, but we don't warrant the service is error-free or will meet every requirement. You use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Crewnyx is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account admins at least 30 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the state and federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
